The basics
SpeedCoins are a shopping reward, not money. They aren't cash, they aren't held for you as money, and they can't currently be withdrawn.
- 100 SpeedCoins represents £1 of SpeedLee reward value
- 500 SpeedCoins represents £5 of SpeedLee reward value
- 1,000 SpeedCoins represents £10 of SpeedLee reward value
How you earn them
New SpeedCoins earning is paused for now. SpeedCoins you've already earned are safe and still being processed.
When earning is switched back on, you may earn SpeedCoins when all of these happen:
- SpeedLee shows that the retailer or product is eligible for SpeedCoins
- You follow that eligible retailer link from SpeedLee
- Your purchase is successfully attributed through the relevant affiliate system
- The retailer or network recognises the transaction
- The transaction is validated
Simply tapping a retailer link doesn't guarantee SpeedCoins, and not every purchase will earn them.
Eligible retailers
Not every retailer on SpeedLee offers SpeedCoins. Look for the Earn SpeedCoins badge — that's where rewards are currently switched on.
Which retailers take part can change over time, so we don't publish a fixed list here.
Pending SpeedCoins
Pending SpeedCoins are rewards linked to a detected eligible purchase that is still waiting for retailer or affiliate-network validation.
Validation can take a while: the retailer or network may wait for the order to complete, the returns period to pass, and the transaction to be approved. Different retailers validate at different speeds.
Pending SpeedCoins aren't guaranteed. They may become available once confirmed, or they may be adjusted or cancelled if the purchase is:
- returned, refunded or cancelled
- declined or reversed
- not eligible for the programme
- not successfully attributed
- affected by fraud or abuse
Available SpeedCoins
Available SpeedCoins are rewards from purchases that have been confirmed through SpeedLee's reward process.
Rewards can also be cancelled or reversed after returns, refunds, declined affiliate transactions or other qualifying reversals.
Available doesn't currently mean withdrawable, transferable or redeemable for cash — redemption isn't available yet.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
SpeedCoins depend on the underlying purchase staying eligible. If an order is cancelled, returned, refunded, reversed or declined, the pending SpeedCoins for it may be cancelled or adjusted.
Where the affiliate network reports an amended value after a partial return or refund, SpeedCoins may be adjusted to match. We can't promise every network always reports partial returns perfectly.
Tracking your purchase
SpeedLee relies on the retailer and affiliate network to recognise that a purchase came from SpeedLee. That attribution can't be guaranteed in every case — a purchase may not be recognised where attribution is lost, or where the retailer or network doesn't report it as eligible.
How affiliate clicks are tracked and what data that involves is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Redemption
Redemption isn't available yet. Keep collecting — we'll explain your options before SpeedLee Rewards launches.
There's no way to redeem SpeedCoins yet, and there's no cash withdrawal. We'll share information about the redemption options available before redemption launches.
Expiry
SpeedCoins do not expire. There's no inactivity clock and no countdown — collect at your own pace.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account permanently removes your SpeedLee account, Wardrobe and access to any pending or available SpeedCoins. It can't be recovered.
Some minimised reward and accounting records may be kept where legitimately required, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Keeping the programme fair
SpeedLee may withhold, cancel or adjust SpeedCoins where there's evidence of fraudulent transactions, deliberate reward or affiliate-tracking manipulation, duplicate reward claims, abuse of the programme, or transactions that don't genuinely qualify.
Any action we take will be linked to programme integrity, transaction eligibility, errors or abuse — not taken arbitrarily.
Reward tracking and calculations can occasionally go wrong. Where that happens, SpeedLee may correct a balance so it reflects the underlying eligible transaction and reward.
SpeedCoins missing?
If you think SpeedCoins from an eligible purchase are missing, contact SpeedLee at shopspeedlee@gmail.com. It helps to include the retailer, the approximate purchase date and the order value.
Please never send passwords, card numbers or banking details.
Changes to the programme
SpeedLee is still developing, so the SpeedCoins programme may change — including which retailers take part, how rewards can be earned, future redemption options and how the programme runs.
If we materially change or close the programme, we'll handle existing valid balances fairly and let you know where we reasonably can.
Where SpeedCoins come from
SpeedCoins are funded through SpeedLee's commercial relationships with retailers. How SpeedLee makes money explains that in plain English. The full rules sit alongside the Terms & Conditions.
