These Terms apply when you use SpeedLee. By using SpeedLee you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

SpeedLee is currently operated by its founder as an independent business trading as SpeedLee, and operates from Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. SpeedLee is in beta. Features may evolve, retailer availability may change, product information can change and occasional errors can happen. Beta status doesn't waive your privacy rights, statutory rights or consumer protections. You can reach us at shopspeedlee@gmail.com.

SpeedLee is a web-based fashion discovery and comparison-shopping platform — a virtual shopping mall. It brings fashion from multiple participating retailers into one place so you can find things faster.

• SpeedLee AI personal shopper
• SpeedCoins
• Reviews and community features

AI is one feature inside SpeedLee, not the whole thing. Features can change as the service develops.

The products you see on SpeedLee are offered by third-party retailers. When you choose to buy, you're generally taken to that retailer's website to complete the purchase.

The retailer, not SpeedLee, generally handles:

• Checkout and payment
• Accepting your order
• Delivery
• Cancellations
• Returns and refunds
• Product warranties
• Their own customer service

Your purchase contract is generally with the retailer, and their terms, privacy policy, delivery policy and returns policy may apply. Nothing here removes responsibilities SpeedLee genuinely has for its own service.

Product information shown on SpeedLee often comes from retailers and affiliate product feeds. That can include titles, descriptions, images, availability, retailer, price, original or RRP price, sale information, categories and other attributes.

We take reasonable care with how this information is presented, but retailer and feed information changes. Before you buy, please check the retailer's current product page for the final price, stock, sizing, delivery, description and terms.

Prices and sale information may be supplied through retailer and affiliate feeds, and can change at any time. SpeedLee shows Sale status only where the data available to us supports a genuine reduction.

We don't promise that every retailer takes part in Sale, that a discount will still be there later, that SpeedLee always has the lowest price, or that every price is accurate to the second.

If what you see on SpeedLee differs from the retailer at checkout, the retailer's current information is the one to rely on. Nothing here affects UK consumer pricing law.

Trending is a SpeedLee discovery feature. It surfaces products using the signals and methodology we currently use inside the platform.

It's a ranking and discovery signal — not a claim that an item is the most popular or most purchased product in the UK, or that it is nationally trending.

SpeedLee includes AI-assisted discovery and personal-shopping features. AI suggestions, recommendations, outfit ideas and responses are there to help you find things.

They are not a guarantee that:

• An item will fit you
• You'll like it
• A product will still be available
• Pricing won't change
• A retailer will accept your order
• A recommendation will be perfect

SpeedLee provides automated fashion and shopping recommendations intended to assist you. They can sometimes be inaccurate or unsuitable, prices and stock change, sizing differs between retailers, and product information can change. Please check the important details — price, availability, sizing and product information — on the retailer's website before you buy.

AI output is general fashion help — it isn't professional, legal, medical or financial advice, and it isn't used to make legally significant decisions about you. Please check the product and retailer details before buying, and avoid typing sensitive personal information into the assistant when you don't need to.

My Wardrobe lets you save fashion items and, where supported, upload your own wardrobe photos. Only upload content you have the right to use.

Please don't upload content that is unlawful, abusive, seriously offensive, infringing, malicious, or designed to harm the service.

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give SpeedLee only the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content back to you so the Wardrobe feature works. Deleting your account removes your wardrobe items and uploaded photos as described in the Privacy Policy.

Wishlist is a convenience feature for keeping track of things you like. Saving an item doesn't reserve it, lock its price or guarantee availability.

Products can change price, sell out or be removed by the retailer after you save them.

Where review and community features are available, you can share your own experience. Please don't submit fake reviews, reviews of experiences you didn't have, impersonation, unlawful material, harassment, threats, spam, malicious content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

Reviews reflect the reviewer's own views, not necessarily SpeedLee's.

We may moderate, remove or restrict content where that's reasonably necessary for legal reasons, safety, fraud prevention, abuse, spam or platform integrity.

You keep ownership of your review content and give SpeedLee a reasonable, non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce and display it for running the service. If you delete your account, reviews you posted may remain visible but stop being linked to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

SpeedLee takes part in affiliate programmes, currently including the networks Awin and Rakuten Advertising. If you follow certain retailer links and make a qualifying purchase, SpeedLee may receive a commission from the retailer or network.

This commission is paid by the retailer or network and doesn't add anything to the price you pay. SpeedLee earns money from these relationships, so we're not financially independent from retailers — but affiliate commission isn't used as a ranking factor in how products are ordered on SpeedLee.

SpeedCoins are SpeedLee shopping rewards linked to eligible activity and qualifying purchases, where the retailer and programme support them.

100 SpeedCoins represents £1 of SpeedLee reward value. SpeedCoins are not cash and cannot currently be withdrawn or redeemed, and there is no bank or cash withdrawal. We'll explain the redemption options available before SpeedLee Rewards launches.

• Not every retailer or product qualifies
• SpeedCoins are only shown as earnable where SpeedLee has enabled them
• Rewards may first appear as tracked or pending
• Retailer and affiliate network validation affects reward status
• Returns, cancellations, refunds, failed or declined transactions and ineligible purchases can mean rewards never become available, or are adjusted or cancelled

Deleting your SpeedLee account permanently removes access to that account's SpeedCoins balance. See How SpeedCoins work for the fuller SpeedCoins rules.

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details reasonably secure and for activity under your account that's within your control. Please give accurate information where it's asked for.

Don't impersonate other people, create accounts for fraud or abuse, interfere with other people's accounts, or try to get unauthorised access.

Please don't misuse SpeedLee. In particular, don't:

• Use SpeedLee for unlawful purposes or fraud
• Try to gain unauthorised access or compromise security
• Upload or distribute malicious code
• Deliberately disrupt the service
• Manipulate affiliate attribution or tracking
• Manipulate SpeedCoins or rewards
• Use automated tools to abuse the service
• Crawl or scrape in a way that damages or overloads the service
• Bypass access controls
• Impersonate others or misuse review and user-content features

Normal personal browsing is fine, and ordinary search engine indexing is welcome. This section isn't a claim of ownership over retailer facts or data that SpeedLee doesn't own.

SpeedLee material — including SpeedLee branding, the original interface, original copy and the software — is owned by or licensed to SpeedLee. Using SpeedLee doesn't transfer any ownership of it to you.

Third-party material — including retailer product images, product descriptions, trademarks, logos and brand names — belongs to the relevant retailer, brand or licensor. SpeedLee doesn't claim ownership of it.

You're welcome to use SpeedLee normally for your own shopping and discovery.

SpeedLee links out to third-party retailer websites. Once you leave SpeedLee, that retailer's own service, terms and privacy practices apply, and we don't control everything they do.

This doesn't exclude any responsibility that can't legally be excluded.

SpeedLee is an evolving product. We may update features, carry out maintenance, fix bugs, add or remove retailers, and improve how things work. Temporary interruptions can happen, and we don't promise the service will always be available without interruption.

Where a change materially affects how you use SpeedLee, we'll aim to let you know in an appropriate way where that's reasonably possible.

The retailers available on SpeedLee change over time as partnerships and catalogues change. We may add or remove participating retailers.

If a retailer is removed from SpeedLee, that has no effect on rights you already have in relation to a purchase you made with them.

We may reasonably restrict or suspend an account where there's a serious reason, such as fraud, a security threat, unlawful activity, repeated material breaches of these Terms, deliberate SpeedCoins manipulation, deliberate affiliate tracking manipulation, or serious abuse of the service. We'll act proportionately.

You can delete your own account at any time through Profile → Privacy & data. Deletion works as described in the Privacy Policy.

We take reasonable care in running SpeedLee. Where we fail to do so and that causes you loss, we're responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of that failure.

Much of the product, price and availability information on SpeedLee comes from retailers and affiliate feeds, and purchases themselves are made with the retailer — issues with an order, delivery, refund or the product itself are generally matters for that retailer. We're also not responsible for events outside our reasonable control.

We don't exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Nothing in these Terms affects rights you have under applicable law that can't legally be excluded or restricted.

Where you buy from a retailer through a SpeedLee link, your consumer rights for that purchase will generally be exercised against that retailer as the seller.

SpeedLee is designed for people aged 16 and over.

Our Privacy Policy explains how SpeedLee handles personal information, including analytics, AI features, SpeedCoins records and account deletion. It sits alongside these Terms.

We may update these Terms as SpeedLee develops or as legal and operational requirements change. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.

Where a change is material, we'll aim to communicate it appropriately. Creating an account doesn't mean you automatically accept any future term, whatever it might be.

These Terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and disputes may be brought in the courts of Northern Ireland.

If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in another country, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live, and you may be able to bring proceedings in your local courts.
